Centralize and automate the entire hotel guest journey from initial inquiry to post-stay follow-up. Required integration with external PMS (Madit), automated email workflows for quotes/confirmations/pre-stay messages, and operational dashboard for hotel staff.

Designed full-stack platform architecture integrating with external PMS via REST APIs. Created custom workflow engine for transactional email automation triggered by guest journey events. Built intuitive operator dashboard for hotel staff to manage availability, pricing, and guest communications. Managed direct client feedback loop throughout development.
